You asked! You shall receive! As a member of the Sports Bra Squad, I LOVE sports bras. And, to be honest, it's very likely I have more sports bras than I do tanks and tees. Why? Because it's hot in Austin and I like to run as naked as possible. So, sometimes I go through 2 or 3 sports bras a day! Trust me - that's a lot of laundry! But I also know which bras are GOOD and which ones aren't worth your time. AND I know that sometimes you don't have $$$ to spend on sports bras. There's a level for everyone, both price and fit, right here for you!

Let's just start with the king of all sports bras. The utilitarian - all around - winner. Another bonus? It falls in one of the cheapest ranges! The Classic Nike has a simple design and that's why it works so well. It rises high in the front so there is no need to worry about pesky cleavage (although, this isn't an issue for me!). A razorback keeps it hidden behind most tanks and the mid-support design keeps the girls locked and loaded, perfect for larger cup sizes. And, as a classic favorite, it's available in a myriad of colors. Plus, you don't have to worry about your favorite sports bra being discontinued any time soon.

The North Face isn't just for winter coats! I love this sports bra! It has a great high level of compression that gives me that tight, not-going-anywhere feeling, plus the back has such a cute criss-cross design! The North Face does a great job with their FlashDry technology, so the fabric breathes well and doesn't get stinky as the summer goes on! Even with a higher level of compression, this bra still might be best for cup sizes A-C.

Here's a sports bra that does everything and looks good doing it. This checks all the boxes for me. Adjustable shoulder straps make it good for busts of all cup sizes and moisture-wicking fabric keeps you dry and smell-free! (Have you noticed this is a MUST for me?) Bonus - UA has a great tag-less design that means NO rubbing and NO chafing.
Sizes XS (0-2) - XL (16)
Companies don't get much better than Oiselle. This is a company made for women by women athletes. Inclusion? You got it! Body positivity? Yes! This is a brand that reaches out to women of all shapes and sizes, not just in their sizing but in their models as well. The Verrazano is my personal favorite. It has a great high neckline and a tight compression feel. The four-strap design allows support without feeling like the straps are pinching into me. The band is low and supportive and chafing is next to zero.

I'm a Lululemon gal - through and through. If I had to estimate, I'd say that more than half of my sports bras belong to this company. And here's why. They make GREAT stuff. And even better, they stand behind their product. That goes a long way for me. Did something shrink? Bring it back. Did something chafe you? Bring it back. Was the quality not what you were expecting? They will absolutely take it back. That's something that makes it wildly attractive to me because I know that I'm not stuck with a productive I'm unsatisfied with. That being said, Lululemon bras are great for sweaty Austin summer runs. They don't stretch out, get sweaty or chafe. And, they're beautifully styled. I love a high-neck sports bra, so the Run the Day fits me perfectly! Who doesn't want to feel great in what they're wearing? Bonus: If you're a fitness professional, they have a very generous ambassador program!
