Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Banana Bread Overnight Oats Nuttzo Peanut butter

My mom makes some amazing banana bread and I always save bananas in the freezer, thinking that I would make some one day. It's also just as unlikely that she'll randomly ship me a loaf of bread, but one can only hope!  I'm not much of a baker, so I keep the bananas strictly for my overnight oats. The addition of chia seeds and Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides adds a bit of hidden protein to the sweetness of the oats.

Toppings:

  1. In a medium mason jar, combine dry ingredients: old-fashioned oats, chopped walnuts, collagen peptides, chia seeds, ground flax seed, brown sugar, and pink Himalayan salt. Shake well.

  2. Pour the almond milk and vanilla extract over the mixed dry ingredients and shake well. NOTE: Make sure that the almond milk fully covers the oat mixture to ensure full absorption overnight.

  3. Dash cinnamon on top of mixture.

  4. Leave in fridge overnight.

  5. In the morning, drizzle Nuttzo Paleo Nut & Seed Butter on top of oats (lightly heat in microwave for 15 seconds if necessary). Slice banana. Add desired amount of homemade granola.

Enjoy!
