Berry & Greens Smoothie

Looking for an easy smoothie for a busy afternoon? I love this smoothie because the ingredients can be thrown together from your refrigerator in a matter of moments and it's dairy free & gluten free, so it is completely paleo friendly.  It's also a great way to get in 1-2 servings of greens without even knowing it. I love the combination of raspberries and blueberries, but any berries you like will work! If you'd like a bit of extra thickness, you can always add a banana or throw in some Greek yogurt (not paleo!). And of course, top with your favorite granola, nuts, or chia seeds!

Berry & Greens Smoothie 

1. Add spinach to the blender. Add in coconut milk, Nuzest protein, and berries. Top with ice. Adjust ice and milk as necessary for thickness. 

2. Top with your favorite crunchy add-ins! 

Enjoy!
