Frothy Cold Brew Butter Coffee

Working on creating a little cold brew coffee recipe for ya’ll! I know that you guys loved my Peanut Butter Cold Brew smoothie, so this is another take on using cold brew, but this time, I’m using the Ancient Nutrition Cold Brew Keto elixir. As I’ve said before with these recipes, you don’t have to be Keto to enjoy this mixture. It contains a blend of adaptogens - ashwaghanda, reishi and chaga - to provide some much needed defense against stress, anxiety, and a much needed boost for mental clarity and concentration!

You can serve this coffee hot or cold (up to you!) but adding the coconut oil + ghee will give it that frothy consistency and an added dose of fat. Plus, ghee is high in omega 3s and vitamins A, D, E & K!

The Ancient Nutrition Cold Brew already contains a dash of collagen peptides, but I like to add another scoop to give it more protein, as well as the added benefit to hair, skin and nails!
