Keeping The Integrity of Blogging Alive

Hey all!  Welcome to the new - and improved - Swift Running & Fitness website! I hope you're enjoying an awesome tour around!

More importantly, I really just want to introduce myself (to those who are not constant readers of the blog) and also to tell you a little bit about my vision when it comes to blogging.

As a coach, I've been working in the fitness industry for almost 8 years (wow! That seems like so much when I say it out loud), and a business owner for almost three. After a conversation with another coach recently, I realized that I really wasn't taking advantage of the platform that I have. In fact, I couldn't begin to tell you when someone sought me out on the internet without having taken one of my classes or on a recommendation from a friend. So, what really is the point of having a website if you are going to be buried on page 87 of the Google search results?

I've decided to change the content of the site, focusing more on lifestyle and wellness articles that I think would benefit my readers. I want to make this a site that you check weekly (if not daily!) for new healthy recipes, recommendations, easy on-the-go workouts and routines, cute and affordable workout gear & so much more! My goal to you, as readers, is to focus on pure and honest content, with none of that "This is my ABSOLUTE favorite!" BS every other word. Let's keep it honest, right? No one really likes everything! Am I right? (Don't answer that - because I am.)

This is not only a place where I can share my honest feelings and opinions, but where we can do it together! If I don't like something or I don't stand behind a product - you won't see it here, no matter the compensation. I'll be posting new articles three times a week - so if there's ever anything you're interested in, leave it in the comments below! I want to write the articles and share the clothes and gear that YOU want to see!

Outfit details:

Shirt // Shorts // Backpack // Sunglasses // Earrings // Shoes or Shoes

I may be compensated through my affiliate links in this post, but all opinions are my own. This compensation helps with expenses to keep this blog up and running! Full disclosure statement here.
