Overnight oats are one of the quickest ways to start your morning routine. They can be made quickly the night before by combining your ingredients into a mason jar, filling with your choice of liquid (we like almond milk!), and simply letting it do its thing. The best part about this quick and easy breakfast is that there is no right or wrong way to make your healthy overnight oats. You can keep your overnight oats vegan, with peanut butter, chia seeds, greek yogurt, or fruit like banana or strawberries.
