20 Mental Health Creators On TikTok And Instagram You Need To Be Following


While there are so many pros and cons of social media, an undeniable pro is that it is an incredible tool to bring communities together. The mental health community is no different. Through following different educators, mental health professionals, and advocates, we have the opportunity to find language for the things we are experiencing so that we can feel less alone. These accounts also create an opportunity for us to integrate that language and tools into our relationships, therapy sessions, communication patterns, and self-talk.

These accounts can help us reach our mental health goals, and while they are not a substitute for therapy or other mental health counseling, they can make these resources more accessible and help us on our journey to psychological well-being and healing.
